1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Management

Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password of your choosing, and accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth. You must provide truthful information throughout the registration process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on 8kbd2. If it is discovered that a user holds more than one account, 8kbd2 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein. In cases of suspected fraud, 8kbd2 may also report the matter to relevant authorities.
KYC Verification
8kbd2 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 8kbd2 may result in temporary restriction of account functionality or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent account closure.
Account Suspension and Closure
8kbd2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes a user has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 8kbd2 support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 8kbd2 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8kbd2 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. 8kbd2 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit on 8kbd2 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 8kbd2 may apply enhanced due diligence for large or unusual deposits. All deposited funds must be your own — depositing funds on behalf of a third party is prohibited. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 8kbd2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network issues.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal on 8kbd2 is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours after KYC verification is complete. 8kbd2 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. 8kbd2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 8kbd2 may apply an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by SMS to your registered mobile number before any inactivity fee is applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and contacting the support team.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses offered by 8kbd2 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds form a separate balance from real-money funds and may not be withdrawn until all applicable rollover conditions have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before rollover is complete will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
8kbd2 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers (including promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup). 8kbd2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where it has reason to believe that an offer is being exploited, abused, or accessed by ineligible users. Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8kbd2 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access accounts, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial purpose.
- Creating or using multiple accounts in order to circumvent account restrictions, access promotional offers more than once, or otherwise gain an advantage over other users.
- Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software or game systems, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 8kbd2 staff or other users of the Platform.
8kbd2 uses automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Any account flagged by these systems will be reviewed by the compliance team. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 8kbd2 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets placed from the account, forfeit all balances including any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual Property, Liability, and Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8kbd2 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 8kbd2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of 8kbd2.
Limitation of Liability
8kbd2 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8kbd2 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 8kbd2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 8kbd2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall 8kbd2's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 8kbd2 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
